Which airlines can I use Bank of America Premium Rewards points with?

Bank of America does not have any airline or hotel transfer partners, however, the “Travel” option for redeeming points will allow you to use your points to book a flight with an extensive collection of airlines using their online portal.

Note: the redemption rate is one cent per point for all redemption options. 

How do I actually redeem the points on my card online?

To redeem your Bank of America Premium Rewards credit card points you need to sign into you BofA account and select your Premium Rewards credit card from the account drop-down menu before clicking on the “Rewards” tab.

Your total available points should be available with the different options you have to redeem them.

What options for points redemption do I have?

A significant benefit of this card is that there are a number of ways to redeem points:

1. To earn cash back- you can receive cash back as statement credit or it can be deposited into an eligible BofA checking or savings account, Merrill or 529 college savings account
2. To buy gift cards- available from a number of different merchants such as Amazon, Starbucks and Whole Foods. However, this option is advised against as it is smarter to purchase the items as you normally would and redeem your points as statement credit in case you are forced to return the item.
3. To book travel- flights can be booked directly through the BofA travel portal.

Note: there is a 2,500-point minimum on all redemptions.
