The Discover It Miles Card

The Discover It Miles card is a solid choice for fee-averse individuals looking for a stable and consistent rewards credit card. Although it has “Miles” in its name, it can be used for a variety of other purchases besides airlines and travel. You will earn one cent per mile traveled. However, you also receive 1.5x miles on all other purchases, making it a viable everyday card.

Redemption Options

One benefit of owning this card is the many redemption options available. For miles, you can redeem your points in the form of car rentals, hotels, tours, taxi rides, etc. This card also offers the same redemption rate for travel and cash back, at one cent for every mile earned. This is very beneficial to cardholders since plenty of credit cards provide lower cashback exchange rates. Another key feature is that, unlike many other cards, there is no redemption minimum.

Where is the Discover It Miles Card Accepted?

As a travel card, cardholders can rest assured that this card will be accepted on a global scale. Its lack of a foreign transaction fee makes it an excellent addition to all travelers' wallets.

Cardholders can also have peace of mind knowing that they will not just earn points for their airline expenditures, but on all other purchases as well.

Bottom Line

Although the name suggests otherwise, this card is great for everyday purchases. For a rate of 1.5x miles earned on every $1 spent, this flat-rate credit card is a good choice for cardholders looking for simple and effortless rewards.
